Please include your user ID, so we can supply a reward of 100 credits to you. How do I contact support? - Please read this FAQ before contacting support. Many of your questions are answered right here in the FAQ section. If you don't see an answer, you may Contact support using the Contact Us link or at admin@freeautohits.com and REMEMBER to include your User ID. We will make every effort to answer your question(s) within 24-48 hours. What types of memberships do you offer ? - Basic Membership : The Basic membership earns you either 0.8 or 1 credit (hit) for each site you view, depending on how you set up your browser (minimized or maximized). This membership will always be FREE. Credits (hits) are automatically assigned to each of your enabled site(s). - Silver Membership : The Silver membership earns you either 1 or 1.25 credits (hits) for each site you view, depending on how you set up your browser (minimized or maximized). Upgrading to the Silver membership is only $6.99 USD per month and you can upgrade inside the Members section. Credits (hits) are automatically assigned to each of your enabled site(s). - Gold Membership : The Gold membership earns you either 1.25 or 1.5 credits (hits) for each site you view, depending on how you set up your browser (minimized or maximized). Upgrade to gold membership is only $14.99 USD per month and you can upgrade inside the Members section. Credits (hits) are automatically assigned to each of your enabled site(s). - All memberships are able to add up to 10 different urls. How do I earn hits for my site(s)? When you join, you will get a surf URL with your ID that collects hits automatically for your site(s). So, when you start your automatic surfing by just sitting in front of your screen and watching the websites come up, you get credits (hits). Every 15 seconds you will see a new website. Depending on how you have your your browser setup (minimized / maximized), you will receive 3 hits to your own site for every 4 pages that you view using the surf URL (in the case of Basic Membership - Silver and Gold members enjoy greater benefits!). What are Credits (hits)? How do I earn Credits? Credits are synonymous for hits. As you build credits, your website(s) are added to the rotation for others to view. When you reach 0 credits, your website(s) will no longer rotate. You can earn credits (hits) four different ways: What are the important URLs that I need to know? - Your surf URL to earn credits (hits): - Your referral URL: How can I change my account information or change my password? - Login to your Member Section and click on your "Name". From there, you can change your Name, change your password, share email status with your upline/downline, and set your browser and category setup. How can I change my email? - Login to your Member Area and click on your "Email". From there you can change the email address and we will send you a confirmation email to verify your new email address. Your new email address will not be changed until you have verified the email with the change code. What do the Statuses mean for my websites? - Disabled : Your website is disabled I signed up, however no credits have been used. What happened? - Your website(s) must be approved by the FreeAutoHits.com Support team. If your website meets our terms and conditions, the Support team will approve your website and notify you by email. Also make sure you check the status of your websites in the Members Section. Your website must be "enabled" to get credits and be included in the rotation. What do I do if I see a website that violates your terms and conditions? - Please report the website to our Support team at admin@freeautohits.com, or by using the Contact Us link. We'll even give you 50 free credits for reporting those sites. JavaScript and other errors seem to interfere with my auto surfing. How can I stop this? - For Internet Explorer users, click on the "Tools" menu and go down to "Internet options". Go to the "Advanced" tab and under the "Browsing" category, check the checkbox labeled "Disable script debugging".
